PLC control realizes the automatic operation of the bending machine through preset programs.
Through the control system, operators can adjust parameters such as bending angle and pressure, and monitor the real-time status of the bending process.

Sheet Bending Machine
1. Preparation work Before operating the bending machine, preparation work needs to be carried out.
Check whether all components of the bending machine are operating normally and ensure that the hydraulic oil level is sufficient.
Check whether the metal materials to be processed meet the requirements, and clean equipment such as workbenches and molds.
2. Adjust the mold. Select the appropriate mold according to the size and shape of the workpiece to be processed, and install it correctly on the bending machine.
When adjusting the mold, attention should be paid to parameters such as the position, angle, and pressing force of the mold to ensure that the processing effect meets the requirements.
3. Set parameters According to the processing requirements, use the control system to set parameters such as bending angle, pressure and speed.
These parameters can be determined based on the nature and thickness of the material, generally speaking, harder materials require higher pressure and slower speeds.
4. Start processing. After confirming that all parameters are set correctly, you can start processing.
Place the metal material on the workbench, position it, and secure it with clamps or footswitches.
Then press the operating button to start the bending machine. After the processing is completed, release the clamp in time and take out the processed workpiece.
